At Lola's Lashes, we want you to feel beautiful and confident, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unopened products. Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that remain in their original, sealed packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unopened products in their original box or a secure padded mailer to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
